​Mr. Perviz Dhanani is the Managing Director of Universal Corporation Ltd., a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical products that has been prequalified by WHO for one ARV product, from Kenya.

He has over 35 year experience in various businesses on the African continent, with 30 years in pharmaceutical distribution and 18 year in Pharma manufacturing in Kenya. He is a Board member of Kenya Association of Manufacturers, as well as the Chairman of the Federation of Kenyan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.

​Mr. Kevin McKinley was ISO Deputy Secretary-General from 2003 until taking up the post of Acting Secretary-General in August 2015. Prior to this, he was Director at the Standards Council of Canada, a Crown Corporation responsible for Canada's National Standards System. Mr. McKinley has also held senior posts at the Canadian Standards Association, Canada's largest standards development organization and was involved in national standardization issues in business management and worker safety. He began his career in the oil and gas industry at Esso Petroleum Canada. Mr. McKinley holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Ottawa and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario.

Eddy Njoroge serves as Chairman of Telkom Kenya and is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Nairobi Securities Exchange.

He the former CEO of Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen), where he spearheaded the transformation of the company from a parastatal to a publicly listed company with a greater commercial and sustainability orientation. He is a board member of CfC Stanbic Bank, Britam Insurance Ltd among other companies.  He is also the Chairman of the Investment Committee of Aureos East Africa Fund and a Member of the Investment Committee of the Africa Renewable Energy Fund. He has recently been appointed to the board of Globeleq, a Pan-African power company.

He has a BSc. (Hons) degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Makerere University.

Teaotia Rita

​Ms. Rita Teaotia joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1981 and served in the Districts of Panchmahal and Gandhinagar in Gujarat. Subsequently, she worked in the energy sector as MD, Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd., and Secretary (Energy). She has worked extensively at policy making and strategic levels in the fields of Education, Health, Women's Development and Rural Development.

From 2003 to 2007, she worked as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare focusing on Food Safety, Drugs Control Administration and National Disease Control Programmes.

From March 2012 to June 2015, she worked in the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology in the areas of e-Governance, and Telecommunications Policy. In this capacity, she has worked on standards and manufacturing, promoting telecom products, telecom information policy and revival telecom Public Sector.

Ms. Rita Teaotia joined as Commerce Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry w.e.f. 1st July 2015.

Kurt W. Tong is a career member of the Senior Foreign Service. He is currently serving as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs.  Before joining the Bureau, Mr. Tong served as Economic Coordinator in the State Department's Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs.

Mr. Tong has served overseas in the U.S. Embassies in Manila, Tokyo, Beijing and Seoul. Most recently, he held the position of Director for Korean Affairs at the Department of State. Prior to that, he was Director for Asian Economic Affairs at the National Security Council. Mr. Tong was a Visiting Scholar at the Tokyo University Faculty of Economics.

He holds a B.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

​Ms. Tatyana Valovaya has devoted her life to the discussion of economic policy between the Russian Federation and its many global trading and economic partners. She has worked in the Executive Office of the Government of the Russian Federation as Deputy Director and subsequently Director of the International Cooperation Department, and in February 2012 she was appointed Member of the Eurasian Economic Commission Board (Minister) in charge of Development of Integration and Macroeconomics. Since her involvement with the EEC Board, she has played a pivotal role in furthering the advocacy for an open dialogue of trade and implementation of macroeconomic policy. Ms. Tatyana Valovaya is a graduate from the Moscow Finance Institute, international economic relations faculty.
